The long shelf life of 12 months is provided by the technology of aseptic filling - in a closed sterile space, without access to air, and in already prepared sterile packaging.
An important point is the product heat treatment – pasteurization-before filling. This processing stage destroys all non-spore-bearing pathogenic microorganisms with minimal changes in organoleptic characteristics and preserves all the useful properties of the ingredients we use in the composition.

Xanthan gum is a natural polysaccharide and safe food additive which is used as a thickener to obtain the consistency required for berry dessert.
The emulsifier (E471) ensures the stability of immiscible products, thanks to which the dessert does separate into layes during storage and has a uniform consistency. The origin of the emulsifier E471 we use is plant-based - these are mono- and di-glycerides of vegetable fatty acids, which are obtained by processing natural vegetable fatty acids.
Raspberries and black currants are formulated as juices, not as flavours or colors. Therefore, the dessert is "berry", not "with berry flavour."
